The Kovacs Family are proud to own and run the 4 Star Brooklands Guest House, where all our guests receive the warmest welcome and the friendliest bed and breakfast service - home from home. We offer our guests the very highest standards of cleanliness; Brooklands Guest House was redecorated and refurbished in May 2010 and everything is new - even down to the cutlery and crockery in our spacious dining room! We promise our guests the best nights sleep in town in our brand new beds, with new luxury bedding, sheets, pillows and duvets. All our rooms even have new ceiling fans which are personally controllable for the comfort of our guests - no noisy, freezing cold air conditioning!
The Guest House has easy, level access from our secure, well lit private car park/drop-off point via a ramp with a hand rail. Brooklands also has a wide entrance hallway leading to a level ground floor bedroom. We have 8 comfortable and well equipped bed and breakfast bedrooms, 5 Double rooms, 2 Singles and 1 Twin. Stylish, new, contemporary furnishings accompanied by all mod cons such as digital high definition Freeview TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier and alarm clock. There is free wireless internet access for any of our guests.

Brooklands is situated away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet is only a short level walk away from Weston super Mare’s famous sandy beach and donkeys, the new Grand Pier, the Sovereign Shopping Centre, Weston Playhouse, The Blakehay Theatre, The Winter Gardens and all the other attractions of this lovely Victorian seaside town.
For those requiring public transport, the coach park and railway station are within easy level walking distance. Bristol Airport is 30 minutes away.
