We want your stay with us to be special. We have luxury spacious rooms, with extremely comfortable beds all en suite. Relax in the cosy lounge, read, play pool or just watch the horses and rare breed Herdwick sheep grazing out side your window. A delicious and varied breakfast, menu of fresh produce and local fish, is served in the dining room with views to Dunstanburgh Castle.
As a guest of Springwood you are able to make use of our corporate membership of The Ocean Club. Only open to members, why not pamper yourself and have a massage and make sure you bring you swim wear to try a twilight swim!

Residents have their own upstairs lounge with books, Pool table and TV - a great place to relax and unwind after your days adventure. Delicious breakfasts using our own free range eggs and whenever possible local produce, make for an excellent start to your day ahead - special diets are catered for. We serve a varied breakfast menu served between 8.30 and 9am in the dining room with views towards the Coast, Beadnell village and Dunstanburgh Castle. Guests have a choice of fresh produce including our own free range eggs and local fish. Guests are welcome to walk around our fields where many species of bird and wildlife can be seen so pack your camera and binoculars!
Location:
Springwood B&B is situated in the small fishing village of Seahouses on the Heritage coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With possibly the best views in the area we have the rugged Cheviot hills to the west and Dunstanburgh castle, Beadnell and the Heritage coast to the south.
To the north, voted one of Britains best views, is Bamburgh Castle. A little further north is Lindisfarne the `Holy Island`.
Seahouses harbour is a few minutes walk away. From here you can take boat trips to The Farne Islands to see the famous bird sanctuary and grey seal colony.
Alnwick Castle (where the Harry Potter films were made) and gardens are a twenty minute drive away.
We have 70 acres of land with walks next to the beach and golf course. Wildlife and birds everywhere. Also some interesting wild plants, some of which are quite rare.
Sit in the garden relax, unwind, enjoy the peace, listen to the birds a Curlew, a Lapwing (even the elusive corn bunting) and admire the beautiful sunsets.
