Description:
Beautiful victorian farmhouse set in spacious gardens on the edge of parkland. The river is a short walk away and ships pass by on their way to the ports of Goole, Selby and on up to the ancient city of York. The farm is in an idyllic place, qiiet and peaceful, yet is only 7 minutes from junction 37 on the M62. The bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. We pride ourselves on our crisp bed linen and towels. Our guests eat breakfast in the dining room with its gleaming mahogany furniture. There is a conservatory overlooking the garden for guests to enjoy a read and peace and quiet. TV, radio, Tea/coffee, iron, hair dryer, central heating.
Location:
The farm is 7 minutes from junction 37 on the M62 which make it ideally placed for guests to travel to all areas of this central part of Yorkshire. They can visit any major city within 35 minutes or less. The Wolds and Dales are easily accessible and so is the coast. Fot those who enjoy the countryside, there are walks, bike rides, fishing, golf, bird watching and lots of other activities to be enjoyed. This is a wonderful location to visit.
