All 3 guest bedrooms (1 King size Double, 2 Super King size Double/Twins) have en-suite bath or shower rooms with complimentary toiletries and are tastefully appointed to reflect the unique character of the house. Each room has a TV with DVD/CD player, so you can listen to your own CD's, watch your own movies or choose from a selection in our own library. Your gourmet Scottish breakfast is served in the dining room which retains the original mellow pitch pine woodwork from the turn of the last century. Guests may enjoy complimentary afternoon tea with Sue's home baking, served in the residents lounge or garden upon arrival. Easter Dunfallandy is strictly non-smoking. Due to the close proximity of farmland, dogs are only permitted with prior arrangement. There is ample parking space. Your host Sue is happy to provide advice and information on many local attractions and places of interest to make your visit truly memorable - we look forward to welcoming you to our home.

Welcome to Easter Dunfallandy Country House - an oasis of peace and quiet in the heart of Highland Perthshire, an area renowned for the diversity of it's natural and cultural heritage, where rivers, lochs, mountains and forests come together to form some of the most spectacular scenery to be found in Scotland. Easter Dunfallandy is situated in an elevated position close to the historic Dunfallandy Pictish Stone, just 2 miles south of Pitlochry. The house enjoys wonderful views over the picturesque Highland town, Ben-y-Vrackie Mountain and stunning Tummel Valley. Pitlochry is renowned for the quality of it's woollen/cashmere and giftware shops as well as the famous hydro dam and salmon ladder. There is a challenging 18 hole golf course, two distillery visitors centres, wonderful game fishing, many historic castles are close by and of course, the famous Festival Theatre in the hills - where visitors can see 6 plays in 6 days is situated just a few minutes from Easter Dunfallandy House.
