The rooms are spacious, comfortable and centrally heated. All rooms equipped with a radio and a colour television. We have:- 1 double ensuite, 2 twins with ensuite, 2 family rooms with 1 having ensuite and 1 with a private bathroom. A cot is available. We have clothes drying facilities. Coffee, Tea and Herbal Tea in each room. Homemade shortbread will be waiting for you. Hairdryers are available. There is a payphone for guest use. Our Guest Lounge is spacious and can be used for sociable gatherings. Shelves of books and guides to local attractions are here for browsing. There are games and a piano available for your use. The breakfast room adjoins the lounge. Homemade bread, jams and marmalade a specialty.

There is no shortage of things to do, all within 30 - 40 minutes from here. We hold information at Dunclutha about such things as horse riding, archery, canoeing, water sports, quad bikes, clay pigeon shooting and river, sea or loch fishing. Again, we can handle the booking of these for you. We are only a short walk from the centre of town as well as a swimming pool and Sports Center. A few minutes walk takes you to the sea front for a lovely walk along the Coastal Path, towards Lower Largo and beyond.
