Description:
We have 3 double rooms and one single. Each double room is en-suite with secondary access to the family en-suite for the single room if needed. There are Tea and Coffee making facilities in the rooms and a Television with Terrestrial channels. In the morning we offer cereals, tea, coffee, fruit juices etc as well as the traditional full English breakfast. As an alternative we also offer a vegetarian breakfast or if you have any requests we are always open to suggestions. Breakfast can be served anytime before 9.30am, we can confirm times when you arrive. We try wherever possible to use all local ingredients and suppliers.
Location:
Goathland is one of the prettiest villages in North Yorkshire and is better known as Aidensfield in the television series Heartbeat. You can go for a drink at the Aidensfield Arms and visit Scripps Garage, regular sights in Heartbeat. The Village Store, Post Office and traditional Tea Rooms are only a short stroll from your front door. The steam train can be boarded at Goathland station, and you can sit back and relax as it meanders its way through the Yorkshire Moors National Park. Goathland is situated 9 miles from Whitby. Whitby is a traditional seaside town and has the added attraction of Whitby Abbey, Captain Cooks Ship and many wonderful shops and restaurants.
