Breakfast is served in our beautifully restored breakfast room from our exclusive menu. (8 - 9.30 am). Full (complimentary) Internet Access and Wi-Fi throughout. We also have a Secure (complimentary) Car Park on site. Totally non-smoking guest house. Check in by 10p.m. weekdays and 6pm. Saturday. Sundays by arrangement. We accept all major credit/debit cards.

Should you want to explore outside the city we can arrange coach tours. (guests depart from Lauderville). Rosslyn Chapel, Stirling and the Trossachs, St. Andrews, Loch Ness and the Highlands, Glamis Castle and Whisky Distillery are the most popular. Private tours of the city and surrounds can also be arranged.
