The property is situated on two floors with the guest rooms situated in the garden flat which has its own private entrance. Guests are provided with a key to enable the flexibility to come and go as they wish. There are 3 Bedrooms all with en suite facilities, a sofa, colour TV (with digital Freeview box) and are decorated to the highest standard. Other featuers include; radio alarm clock, hairdryer, hospitality tray with a selection of teas, coffee and biscuits. The en suite shower rooms are very spacious and finished to a high standard with fresh fluffy white towels.

Our Victorian property is located in a beautiful crescent within walking distance of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Edinburgh International Conference Centre and the theatres and art galleries of this most wonderful of capital cities. No.14a is in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town and only a short walk from the city centre. Places within easy walking distance include the shops and gardens of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, The Gallery of Modern Art, Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Murrayfield Stadium and The Royal Botanical Gardens. Haymarket Train Station is located only a few minutes walk from the house and provides excellent travel links to the rest of Scotland. In addition, Edinburgh International Airport is only a 20 minute drive and easily accessible by taxi or bus.
