Our breakfast menu is extensive and offers you fresh produce, which is well presented, setting you up for another day of discovery on our fascinating and historic city. Our home is a detached Victorian villa built in 1875 and boasts its own gardens which surround the house. Off street parking is at the side. Guest rooms are available on ground and first floors and have en-suite facilities and digital tvs. A wifi network is also available. Wallace is our flagship room and has a 4 posted super king sized bed. Burns is a twin or king sized room with fantastic new en-suite. Stevenson is a triple room having a double and a single bed, has large en-suite. Scott is a twin or king sized double room with en-suite. Our rooms have been refurbished to meet the new 5 star standards. They are all large and bright with particular attention being paid to retaining the original charm of each room but still offering modern facilities like spacious en-suites. All furniture and bedding has been personally chosen to enhance the character of each room and to ensure you a memourable stay. All our rooms have an en-suite ( shower, toilet and basin ) and thermostatically controlled heating. The rooms are all supplied with complimentary tea and coffee, hair-dryers and digital flat screen tv/dvd. We have a selection of popular film titles on dvd for you entertainment. The house has a wireless network for internet connection and we can provide you with a laptop or you can bring your own. Our check out time is 10:30am.
