The guest accommodation, however, offers every luxury: well-appointed bedrooms are all en-suite except one with a private bathroom, are kited out with Wi-Fi, TVs, tea and coffee trays and all sorts of toiletries. 3 double, 1 twin and 2 family, all en-suite, and 1 double with private bathroom.

Set within it's own 80 acres of environmentally friendly farmed rolling countryside, woodland and gardens. Home to a flock of sheep lambing in April and May each year. Facilities include a tennis court, sauna, games room, tree house, pond and Devon Wildlife trail hosting abundant wildlife and panoramic views. Enjoy a home cooked candle-lit dinner of farm, market and local produce in the medieval dining room served with a complimentary glass of home-made wine (BYO too!) Available September – June. Situated in a seclued position close to Exmoor, between the villages of East and West Buckland, 2 miles north of the A361. 7 miles east of the market town Barnstaple and 6 miles west of South Molton. An ideal hideaway for exploring Exmoor National Park North Devon's coast, Clovelly, Lynton and Lynmouth. Situated on the Tarka Trail and Macmillan Way about 7 miles east of Barnstaple Market Town. Huxtable Farm has all the facilities required to welcome walkers and cyclists.
