The Spindrift is an imposing, stone-built Victorian home with many original internal features carefully restored offering eight en-suite bedrooms. You will find your bedroom generously proportioned, individually and tastefully furnished, with Wireless Broadband Connectivity, Private Bathroom, Slim line TV with freeview and dvd , Direct Dial Telephone, Radio Clock Alarm, Hospitality Tray and a host of other extras to help make your stay a pleasant one, making you want to return again and again. A unique feature of the house is the Captain's Room, on the top floor. This was the special domain of the original owner of the house, a Tea Clipper Captain called Smith, who made the room into the replica of a ship master's cabin, with its small east facing window looking towards Anstruther, where he could see the tea clippers and the fishing fleet in the harbour. Now centrally heated (like the rest of the house), and with its own private bathroom, The Captain's Room is especially popular with couples of all ages, providing attractive, comfortable and particularly memorable accommodation. Enjoy your Scottish Breakfast and sample the Award Winning Porridge in the well appointed dining room. Dinner is available by prior arrangement and the menu is changed daily. There are ample parking facilities in the grounds and we are open all year. We are a non-smoking house. Assistance given with Golf Tee Times etc. Dogs By Arrangement.
