Description: Our B&B guest rooms are comfortable and clean double and twin rooms (for single rooms see below!) all with en-suite shower and WC as well as colour TV, radio/alarm clock and hospitality tray with tea and coffee. Single rooms - We have one single room, we also do discount rates for single occupancy double and twin rooms, please call for more details. Families with children are very welcome, the guest house also has a ground floor room with en-suite facilities. Breakfast is a mouth watering choice between a full traditional or vegetarian cooked breakfast as well as toast with jam and honey, tea or coffee, fresh orange juice, cereals with ice cold milk (full cream or semi skimmed) and a piece of fruit. B&B Facilities We can provide hairdryer and ironing facilities if required. We also have plenty of tourist information leaflets about attractions in and around Edinburgh. We have bus time tables and tourist maps of the city and are always happy to answer any questions you might have. We like to keep the guest house non-smoking and generally don't allow pets.

Founded in the 17th Century on an area the size of a tennis court it now extends to 31 hectares and is one of the world's finest botanic gardens. We are also close to the Newhaven Harbour and the final resting place of the Royal Yacht Britannia.
