Location: Rosemary Bruce-Jones welcomes you to her 1930's classic designed house set in its own garden in a quiet and attractive residential area only 20 minutes walk from Princes Street. Only 5 minutes from the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art. The good bus service takes only 5 minutes to get into the very centre of Edinburgh. Orchard Road South is 15 minutes drive from Edinburgh Airport and the Forth Road Bridge. There are many exciting things to see and do around Edinburgh. Besides the Castle the Zoo and the superb shops, we are convenient for the Forth Road Bridge and Museum. The Modern Art Gallery is very close and free buses are available from there to all the other Art Galleries in the City. There are Botanical Gardens and several Golf courses in the area. Sightseeing tours can be arranged and there is a file of tourist information in each room. Rosemary is happy to help you plan your day. Bed breakfast Edinburgh is only a pleasant 20 minutes walk (5 mins by car or taxi) away from the West End Restaurants. The Edinburgh bus service is very good.
