Description: A family run Bed and Breakfast. It is situated on the outskirts of Edinburgh, approximately 6 miles from the city centre. We are on a good route for public transport offering you a bus at least every 15 minutes to half an hour depending on the time of day. We are open all year round, and in each of our bedrooms we offer you the following facilities; a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities. There is the use of a hairdryer and iron. We hope that this will entice you to make a booking with us and we look forward to receiving your enquiry. We opened the B&B about six years ago so that we could meet people from all over the world and hopefully out of the people we have met so far then we would like to think that we have made some friends and it is nice to see them every once and a while.

Location: Family run bed & breakfast very friendly quite location with in walking distance to very busy bus route only 6 mile's outside Edinburgh.
