Description: As the proprietors, David and Victoria Brown would like to welcome you to the Wyvern Hotel. Our hotel is a friendly Non Smoking Four Diamond hotel, which caters exclusively for families and couples who are on vacation. We do not accept contractors, stag and hen parties, conference groups or night clubbers. Our endeavour is high quality, fun and friendly hotel where families and couples can relax along with other holiday makers. Every room has its own charm and style. All of our double and family rooms are en-suite, have colour television with a choice of channels, clock radio, tea and coffee making plus complimentary toiletries. In all of our en-suite bedrooms you will find excellent facilities with those added extras that you would expect from a 4 diamond hotel. Downstairs there is a well appointed large screen television lounge. Children are welcome and we have games and reading material for all ages. Location: The Wyvern Hotel is a warm and friendly family hotel ideally situated a few minutes walk from miles of safe golden beaches and Boscombe's historic Victorian shopping arcade. Bournemouth is an elegant, pine-fringed coastal resort in a south facing sheltered bay with seven miles of golden sands on the south coast of England. The town is set in the attractive Dorset countryside designated as an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty", with the Dorset Heritage Coast and The New Forest within easy reach. Directions: From the M27: Follow onto the A31 at the end of the M27, travelling west. Take a left just past Ringwood onto the A338 towards Bournemouth. From the A338: Turn off road at the junction marked for Boscombe and Kings Park Take a right at a mini roundabout and follow road to a set of traffic lights. Turn left onto Ashley Road (A3049) and continue until a roundabout. Continue straight over this roundabout and follow the road round to the left. Take the next right at Mann and Co. Continue down this road and take the fourth turning on the right (Wilfred Road) which leads directly into Glen Road. |
