Description: Samphire House has been renovated to a very high standard, most rooms have superb harbour and bay views. All rooms have radio alarm clocks with CD, fridges, LCD freeview TV and one sky channel, some rooms have dvd and playstations for the children. The kitchen and dining area has marble flooring and granite worktops. There is a laundry room available to use courtyard garden.

Location: North Fuzeham Road sits on a cliff facing the sea with only a small road and garden park in the front of the house the views are probably the best in Brixham, there is a short walk to the town and harbour. Parking is available. There are many attractions in Torbay and around the area.
