Sit on our new patio and watch the Swallows swoop in and out of the barns. Walk across the fields and see the birds of prey with unsurpassed views along the coast and inland to Dartmoor. Comfortable centrally heated en-suite rooms with colour television and hot drink making facilities. Guests have there own keys and may return at all times throughout the day. Good hearty breakfast served in the dining room. Ample off road parking. Lower Pinn is a no smoking establishment. Location: 2 miles west of the unspoilt coastal resort of Sidmouth and one mile to the east of the pretty village of Otterton. Directions to Lower Pinn at Sidmouth sea front turn right come up Peak Hill down the other side past some houses we are next farm on left approx 2 miles from Sidmouth, or from M5 junction 30 follow signs to Bicton Park go past entrance take the next left in to Otterton bear left top of village right at Pinn Lane Corner we are next farm on right. |
