Description: A Grade II Listed Building overlooking the East Lyn River. We offer a full English breakfast or a lighter breakfast if preferred. Each centrally heated room has a television, radio alarm, hair drier and beverage tray. Local magazines and books are available to browse and plan your days. Each room is tastefully decorated with most over looking the river. Well behaved dogs welcome.

Location: Lynmouth is an ideal base for exploring Exmoor and North Devon. With moorland, coastal, river and woodland walks nearby. We are a few minutes walk from restaurants, pubs and bistro so no need to take the car. To get here come off the M5 at Taunton or Bridgwater and follow the signs to Minehead then follow the A39. Alternatively come off the M5 at junction 27, follow the A361 for approx 20 miles towards Barnstaple then take the A399 signposted to Lynton.
