There are 6 comfortable guest rooms, most en suite or with private bathroom, including doubles, twin and a room that sleeps 3. All have TV, DVD player, full tea and coffee making facilities, mini fridge, bathrobes, fluffy towels, and hair dryer along with the little extras to make your stay more comfortable. We also have a king-size 4-poster room for that extra special romantic break. The Broadview breakfast will set you up for the day whether you are just relaxing or walking the fells. Our menu consists of local meats, free-range eggs and home made breads. Veggies, Vegans and most special diets can be catered for by prior arrangement. Drying facilities, maps, guides and packed lunches can be provided and free parking is available during your stay. Please visit our website, e-mail or telephone for more information and details of our current special offers. We look forward to welcoming you to Broadview soon.

Location: Directions to Broadview Guest House - From the M6 take exit 36 and follow the A590 / A591 past Windermere to Ambleside, continue straight on through the traffic lights at Waterhead, passing The Waterhead Hotel on your left. Broadview is situated on the right hand side directly opposite Hayes Garden World (approximately half a mile from the lights). You can pull up outside to unload luggage. The best place to park is a couple of hundred yards past us in the "Low Fold" Pay & Display Car Park near the Mountain Rescue Centre. The car park is free overnight from 6pm - 9am. During the day, we can provide a parking permit for one car per room, this allows you to also park in most South Lakeland District Council Car Parks during you stay (subject to their terms and conditions of course). The Permit must be returned to us on check-out before 10am on the day of departure.
