Description: A new, comfortable B&B set in gardens with a swimming pool, surrounded by 6 acres of pasture land with stream and waterfall. Ideally placed for mountain biking, hiking (Long distance walk - the Beacon way starts a mile up the road, bird watching (red kites seen regularly), caving, geology, visiting the coast and other attractions. Ideal for the outdoor enthusiast. We are just 100 yards outside the national park with lovely views of the mountains from every window. Access to cities with a wide variety of entertainment is also very easy. Swimming pool, one en suite twin-bedded room, double room, twin-bedded room, TV lounge.

Location: Situated at the upper end of Brynamman, just outside the national park. Easy to reach from the M4. From east take junction 43 towards Neath, then to Pontadawe. Follow signs for Ammanford until Gwaun Cae Gurwen, then turn right for Brynamman. Keep going until you see a mini roundabout, take first exit and drive up the hill. Penygraig can be found about quarter of a mile up on the right, just before the Derlwyn Arms.
