Description: A warm welcome awaits you on every visit to our home, Priory View Bed and Breakfast. We are centrally located in the small village of Coldingham; 2 minutes walk away from Pubs with eating facilities and the Historical Priory. We have 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and a family room. All rooms are en-suite and have a colour TV, hospitality trays and hairdryer. We have 3 sitting areas for guests, the downstairs residents lounge, an outdoor sitting next to the pond in the secluded garden to the rear and for milder days the indoor sitting area in our chalet can be used. There is also exercise equipment and a foosball table. For walkers and divers there is a dry room available in the chalet. Coldingham has a beautiful sandy beach and secluded coves. Golf courses are nearby, excellent diving at St Abbs and Eyemouth with Fishing at lochs, rivers or sea, and also bird watching at St. Abbs Head nature reserve.

Location: Priory View is situated centrally in the Village of Coldingham on the A1107 main road from Eyemouth and is 2 miles from the A1 via B6348. Coldingham lies in between Eyemouth and St Abbs.
