The guest rooms are decorated to a comfortable style with Central Heating, Television and Welcome Tray. We have 2 Twin rooms Ensuite and 1 Twin Standard with whb. Private shower/Bathroom. A Private Car Park to the rear of the house and a garden and Patio area to the front.

Location: Morven is 7 minutes walk approx from the Railway Station and 2 minutes walk from the High Street. Trains and Buses run from Inverness and Aberdeen stopping in Forres High Street. (Inverness Airport is 22 miles and Aberdeen Airport 70 Miles approximate). Forres is an ideal base to enjoy the surrounding countryside including Aviemore just 35 miles; you can ride the Funicular Railway travelling to the top of the Cairngorms and visit Landmark Forest Theme Park at Carrbridge. Morayshire offers Castles, Beaches, Parks, and Golf, The whisky Trail starts here! Forres Falconer Museum on the High Street has a display of the late Roy Williamson's folk memorabilia from the "Corries" life history a singer and songwriter (noted for "Flower of Scotland"). Close by you will find Forres Grant Park that over the years has been awarded many "Britain in Bloom" trophies for the beautiful floral displays. "Nelsons Tower" stands on Cluny Hill over looking the park, this memorial was built to honour Lord Nelson and from this point it is possible to enjoy the views over looking Findhorn Bay and the Moray Firth. This estuary has become the unusual home place of Seals and Dolphins, which can be seen from the Spey Bay Moray Wildlife Centre or by boat from Inverness Harbour.
